org.springframework.plugin.core.OrderAwarePluginRegistry.create() since 2.0, for removal in 2.1. Prefer PluginRegistry.empty().
org.springframework.plugin.core.SimplePluginRegistry.create() use SimplePluginRegistry.empty() instead.
