Classify the document and return the Result

Parameters:

document - The document to classify

defaultCategory - The default category to assign Ties are broken by comparing the category

Returns:

A Collection of ClassifierResults.

InvalidDatastoreException

classifyDocument

Classify the document and return the top numResults
